What to Expect From Our Service

When someone signs up for an Averse Pest Control guaranteed service, they usually ask a few questions to make sure we are a good fit, however most don’t quite know what to expect on a granular level. Here are some things that we do to ensure you are getting the best service in the area.

Communication
From the first interaction to the time you receive your service, we aim to be clear with expectations, arrival times, and information regarding your account. To ensure that you’re always in the loop, you can log into your account online here . Five days before your regular service you’ll receive an email, and one day before the service you’ll receive a text so that you will be able to make plans if necessary.

Most of the time we don’t need to do inside services, however we’re always happy to if there is a need. This makes it convenient for homeowners because we can usually treat their homes even if they are not there. We will send an email after the service is complete with everything that was done, along with a door hanger if the homeowners isn't available.

Inspect and Treat
Our technicians have to go through a rigorous training and licensing program both with our company and through the state of Idaho. They understand how to make decisions about the treatment methods and products they should use, as well as resources to help them if a particularly complicated pest situation arises.

We perform a barrier treatment along the foundation of the home to ensure yard pests stay out. We’ll sweep down wasp nests and spiderwebs from the eaves of your home and apply a dust product if needed. Furthermore, we can treat the eaves as well. For rodents and pests living in the crawlspace, we can treat them using an exacticide duster or rodent bait. All of the products we use are pet and family friendly, so you won’t have to worry about the kiddos or pets playing around where we treat. We usually just ask you to allow the liquid product to dry before going back out so it’s as effective as possible.

We have multiple other products and treatment methods available to us if needed, and the technicians will make that call if IPM (integrated pest management) principles call for it.

Our Guarantee

Customers love that we not only perform the service in an effective manner, but also that we will come back to your home if you have a persistent pest issue in between regular services. Pest control isn’t magic, and some pest populations require more than a single treatment with a single product. As mentioned, there are multiple techniques and products for the different pest species we have in the area. If we don’t hear from you, we assume you are happy and things are going well. If that ever changes, please let us know, we’re happy to make sure you’re taken care of! If we need to come to your home more than twice in between regular services for the same target pest in the same area, we will refund your last payment 100%. We don't know of any other company in the area offering this type of assurance with their service.
